Title: Hazelnut Cheddar Cheese Dip

Yield: 1 Batch
2 c Sharp cheddar cheese;
- finely grated
1 c Unflavored yogurt or
- sour cream
1/2 c Oregon hazelnuts;
- roasted, finely chopped
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with potato chips or
well-chilled vegetable sticks.
